Junior and Senior IT Recruiter

Are you currently an experienced IT Recruiter who is looking for a solid company that really values your skills?  Or, are you a recent college graduate who enjoys connecting with people and has a knack for understanding the IT world?

Due to explosive growth, Acsys is currently looking to expand our Wayne, PA office by adding  IT recruiters.   We are looking for both Junior and Senior level IT Recruiters for our direct Hire and contract business. You will be responsible for growing the IT direct hire and contract business by utilizing creative and professional marketing, business development, and client penetration strategies. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates and facilitating candidate selection by using prospecting, negotiation, and assessment skills.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• BA or BS degree preferred with 1-4 years of IT staffing, consulting, solutions or software sales experience
• Good communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Able to be assertive and work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of success

Business Development Consultant - IT Division

Due to explosive growth, Acsys is currently looking to expand our Wayne, PA office by adding an IT Business Development Consultant.  As a key member of the Acsys team, you will be responsible for utilizing creative and professionally aggressive marketing, business development and client penetration strategies in driving market share and profitable revenue growth within an assigned territory. You will identify and qualify prospective clients and work with IT Recruiters to meet their staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years outside sales experience; preferably IT service-oriented sales (rather than product sales)
• Good communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Goal-oriented & highly organized
• Able to network effectively
• Creative, patient, and able to persevere
